How to start a money making blog!
Do you wanna make pennies blogging or dollars?
If you want to start a money making blog you can do it 2 ways
1) The hard way
2) The EASY way
The easy way to start a blog that makes money is to use a site structure that revolves around a static home page on your site. You then optimize that home page for main target keyword. It works like magic!
As Mike Liebner from Blogging Underground would say – Pages NOT Posts!
Think in terms of using PAGES for your best content. They stay on top longer and they don’t get duplicated all over your blog the way posts do.
You do realize when you make a blog post it gets snippeted on archive pages – category pages – heck – even TAG pages too! That’s alot of pages for the same content to be shown.
AHHHH but that is where PAGES comes in myfriend… the PAGE in a wordpress blog is the main attraction. Links may point to the page but it isn’t duplicated on the blog the way POSTS are!
Don’t get me wrong – posts have their places – such as in announcing an article, product or service.
But if you are targeting a keyword and want a long term top ranking think PAGES not posts.
